2023 STC Membership Application

In return for your ongoing support of STC and its mission, we aim to provide a high return on your investment.

Terms

As a Cornerstone Sponsor for 2023, sponsor agrees to pay a Cornerstone Sponsor fee of $15,000, to be invoiced January 1 (prorated monthly after January 1.) You also agree to designate an individual to represent your company as a non-voting, advisory member of the STC Board of Directors.

Benefits

As a Cornerstone Sponsor of Springfield Tech Council, sponsor receives these benefits:

• Website recognition on sgftechcouncil.com with link to your company’s website.
• Recognition at each STC event as Founding Sponsor.
• Monthly promotion via STC social meeting of content you provide. 
• Non-voting seat at STC Board meetings for your company’s designee.
• Sponsorship of two events
• Discount on Additional Event Sponsorships
• 33% Premium Event Discount
• 25% Premier Event Discount (STC Squared, EIT)
• Complimentary Table at Excellence in Technology Awards.
• Free employee admission (up to 5) for every STC event.

• Recognition at each STC event as Visionary Sponsor.
• Monthly promotion via STC social meeting of content you provide. Procedure attached.
• Sponsorship of one even
• 25% Discount on Additional Event Sponsorships
• Free employee admission (up to 5) for every STC event.

For not-for-profits and educational institutions. Includes the same benefits as a Corporate Membership for up to five named members:

• Discounted rates to some STC events
• Free annual pass to specific programmatic events
• Access to the STC resume board
• Basic listing in our online business directory
• Event sponsorship opportunities
• Recommend select company news for sharing on STC social media channels
• Free job postings on the STC jobs board
• 75% discount on a subscription to StormWinds training library

Corporate memberships are based on your level of full-time employment at your Springfield facility(ies) and allow all your employees to take advantage of the many benefits available:

• Discounted rates to some STC events

An individual membership is available under the following guidelines:

1. Your business has not signed on as a corporate member
2. You are not currently affiliated with a business.

Benefits include:

• Access to post or view our upcoming resume board
• Access to view or post on our jobs board
• Discounted rates to some STC events
• Free admission to specific monthly programmatic events
• 75% discounted subscriptions to Stormwind training

Available to current students enrolled in high school or a post-secondary education institution. 

Benefits include:

• Access to post to the resume board
• Access to view jobs board
• Free or discounted to most STC events
• 75% discounted subscriptions on Stormwind training library
• Eligibility for annual STC scholarship
